Programmer Level 1 – One Year Contract Cold Mountain Computing Inc. is looking for an entry level programmer to work for one year, with the possibility of extension. Cold Mountain Computing Inc. is a well established company in the expanding web development industry, specializing in online management information systems. We are located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. Working under supervision as part of a programming team, the Programmer Level 1 will initially be responsible for writing simple databases and interfaces, and program testing. As experience increases, the projects will become more complex, and the programmer may have more than one program in progress at any point in time. All staff are also expected to have some knowledge of hardware and software, and may be asked to assist with setting up workstations or maintaining the network as required. A minimum of a university degree or college diploma in computer programming is required. Experience should include database structure, SQL Server, and Microsoft Visual Studio .Net.
